Returns Policy

At Bella & The Gypsy, we want you to love what you wear.

If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.  

Before You Return — Please Check:

  • Your return is requested within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The item is in its original condition — no marks, odours, or damage
  • The item is not a sale item (sale items are final)

If your item meets all of the above conditions, we’re happy to accept it for a store credit.

How to Return

  1. Email us at boutique@bellaandthegypsy.com with your order number and reason for return                                                                                                                         
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions (within 1–2 business days)                     
  3. Send your item to:

    PO Box 606
    Busselton WA 6280                                                                                                         
  4. Once received and inspected, your store credit note will be issued within 7 business days

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We Do Not Offer

  • Cash refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Returns on sale items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit and cover all return postage costs.
